Meet Karina

owner & planner

I’ve been on Nantucket since 2019 and planning events since 2012.

I love incorporating meaningful details into an event; from first date references to why you chose Nantucket for your event, every decision is a meaningful one.

Teamwork and transparency are attributes I look for when curating your vendor partners.

I hope to learn more about your vision and how we can bring it to life- together!

  • On average I work with most of my couples for 15 months. Ive planned full wedding weekends in less than 3 months before. Ive booked with multiple couples 18 months prior. Couples who wish to book a more exclusive venue have also booked before they were technically engaged- it just depends on what you want and how flexible you want to be.

  • Wedding budgets are determined by a number of things including guest count, vision and number of events. Due to this, we don't have a set minimum spend but we can share a few details to give some guidance. In 2026, our average overall wedding budgets range $300,000 to 750,000. Guest counts range from 100-220.

  • We offer a tiered pricing package based on your overall wedding budget. It is different than a percentage in that our fees generally reflect the overall scale of production and number of events rather than potential upgrades. It is a unique pricing package but one that we created with the goal of transparency and clarity for our couples.

Our planning packages start at $20,000.

  • One. Yours and only yours. We book a maximum of 10 weddings per year. This allows us to dedicate the amount of time and attention you deserve when planning your Nantucket wedding weekend. More meeting availability when we are in the planning stages and our undivided attention on your wedding weekend.

  • Yes! I offer complimentary introduction & consultation calls. We discuss your vision, expectations and budget ideas and make sure those are all aligned. I HIGHLY recommend doing this before you book your venue! Even if you do not end up booking with me, I would rather point you in the right direction so you start your wedding planning journey off right!
