A Wedding at Nantucket's Lighthouses

Oh my... where do I start when it comes to Jenn & Eric's Nantucket wedding?! These two chose to focus on their loved ones, closest friends and beautiful wedding details despite having to move their wedding to a different location. Im so excited to share the photos from Anthony Niccoli with you! I'd say their "Plan B" turned out pretty amazing!

Jenn and Eric got ready at the Nantucket Hotel which is where they also had their reception. Did you know the cottages at The Nantucket Hotel are dog friendly?! So they got to bring their fur-baby Gus with them. You know he was in their ceremony too!

I knew I was going to get along so well with Jenn when she told me that she ordered a whole bunch of accessories for her flat-lay photos (Photos of the invitation and details.) They wrote letters to each other and read them before the ceremony along with exchanging gifts which included a golf club head cover that was the face of Gus!

I am a fan of first looks for so many reasons. For these two doing a first look meant they had time to go to Sconset on the other side of the island for their first look and THEN they went to Sankaty Head Lighthouse for more photos with their wedding party! I don't know that there is more dreamy of a location than a first look on the Sconset Bluff Walk and these photos prove it! Plus, they got to involve not one but two of Nantucket's lighthouses in their wedding! How absolutely perfect.

Then there is the ceremony. The beautifully intimate ceremony at Brant Point Lighthouse. It's just a short stroll down Easton St from The Nantucket Hotel or even shorter bus ride in the Hotel's custom bus. The Brant Point Lighthouse is the first thing you see from the ferry as you pull into Nantucket Harbor and is one of the most iconic spots on the island.

The reception was an intimate and delicious multi-course dinner al fresco on the Breeze porch. Their first dance and parent dances took place under cafe lights between toasts from their closest friends.

Just check out their menu:
