This wedding will forever hold a special place in my heart. Mackenzie and Thomas faced some wild challenges along the way – from appendicitis to unpredictable winds and even a fire scare – but their love and determination saw them through. In the end, they were rewarded with one of the most breathtaking sunsets Nantucket has ever seen. I’m beyond grateful for the trust they placed in me that weekend and for the incredible vendor team who came together to bring it all to life.

Mackenzie and Thomas dreamed of a wedding that captured the true essence of Nantucket, with the reception location taking center stage. Galley Beach is one of the rare gems in New England where you can have a tent right on the sand, so we made sure to embrace that stunning backdrop. From the invitations to the menus, every detail showcased a custom watercolor design by Nora O’Brien, highlighting the beauty of the beach. The entire weekend reflected Nantucket's deep connection to the ocean, with events at the Great Harbor Yacht Club overlooking Nantucket Harbor and a heartfelt farewell brunch at the bride’s parents’ home, just steps away from the iconic Sconset bluff.
