Inspired by the classic blue and white hues of a Nantucket Summer, Brittany and Luke's vision was to create a timeless Nantucket wedding while incorporating their love of each other and love of Nantucket into as many details as possible! Their wedding weekend started with an intimate, alfresco dinner on the lawn of Great Harbor Yacht Club that opened up into a welcome cocktail party for all of the wedding guests. Custom lighting structures and a double sided bar made this event a perfect harbor-side celebration to start the weekend. Friday they hosted all of their guests at Cisco Brewers for a Brewery Bash - a must have stop on their weekend as that is where they met! Custom silicone wristbands that read "bACK to where it all began" were guests entry into the brewery. The wedding ceremony and reception took place at the Westmoor Club. The grand steps leading down to the lawn made for the perfect entrance for guests and then the bride into the wedding ceremony. They were seated with a glass of champagne and overlooked the ceremony in front of the iconic flag pole that featured a surprise flag with their monogram and a ceremony arch that was covered in blue and white hydrangeas. Cocktail hour was held on the side lawn and featured the Nantucket must have of a raw bar. Guests found their seats by grabbing oragami sailboats and made their way into the tented reception space that was decked out in florals, greenery, trees and special lighting that were accented with gold and monogramed navy touches. The couple partied the night away with the Sultan's of Swing- a favorite band of Nantucket couples!
